East Coast Playlist is dedicated to local music. It’s for the bands and musicians anywhere along the east coast. Honestly, we’d love to cover the whole world, but we believe there’s enough talent on the Eastern Seaboard to make for a great website.

This website was founded by Andrew Wirtanen (living in North Carolina) and Matt Lambert (living in Massachusetts) on May 12, 2010. Back in our high school/college days we ran an e-Zine that was moderately successful and scored us some amazing interviews and a nice collection of press passes. After a hiatus, we’re ready to get back into reviewing and supporting music with a renewed focus on the local scene.
